Planing

Remove the failed surface.

Existing material is taken out to establish a sound, controlled level for the new asphalt.

Rolling and compaction

Close the surface.

The newly laid asphalt is compacted in stages to produce an even, finished surface.

Golf Club.

The existing surface was planed before approximately 300 tonnes of SMA10 were machine laid across around 2,000 m². The work was completed over three days while the golf club remained operational.
